Laura Ezzine Idika: DON'T BE A GIRL WHO NEEDS A MAN ,BE A GIRL A MAN NEEDS.

There are things I hear that leave me wondering. A lot of women come into my inbox to discuss their relationship matters and I'm beginning to notice a rather shocking trend. Most women think they actually need a man to stay relevant.
This silly mentality makes some women lose respect and value in the face of men and sadly some men are beginning to think all women are wired the same way. You hear some men say profane things like "women have bird brains". This is not entirely untrue,but the correct way to say this is "some women have bird brains".

*A man gets you pregnant 7 times, and 7times you have an abortion for him .He dumps you and gets married to someone else, and you strip yourself naked ,get on your knees and curse him. In your own words he had no right to dump you after 7abortions ,did he tell you to have a bird brain?
*A man tells you to your face that he has no value for you and yet you warm his bed at night and do his chores during the day. Birdbrain reloaded.
*Your boyfriend beats you everyday and you say he beats you because he loves you and want to correct you. Birdbrain in Da building 😀.
*One shocking one I heard that wanted to burst my eardrums ,her boyfriends other girlfriend messed up his bedsheet with her menses and her boyfriend called her to come and wash the sheets. FUNKE!!!!!.  I cut the call in shock ,I needed to gather momentum to continue the discussion.
*You call him in the morning, you text him in the afternoon, chat him up at night. It's just you putting effort to make the relationship work, dude is so careless. He doesn't care about you, you want to kill yourself Caring about him and you say you have sense.

The struggle is real😀 but throwing away your worth and values in the most demeaning way just to remain in a man's life is pitiable.
It's possible that you guys could have had a yummy love life in the past, the past bliss doesn't mean you have to endure insults hurled at you.
I'll keep saying this, Love is not blind but now wears double lens. As difficult as it sounds the truth is some of y'all have to start forcing yourself to fall out of love.
Fall out of love with that person who refuses to value you.
Fall out of love with that dude who serially disrespects you.
Fall out of love, with the dude who hurls insults at you and enjoys calling you the foulest names unimaginable.
Leave them fuck boys, go for the men. A man would take responsibility for his actions. He would stand by you when a baby is planted in your womb whether he considers the conception a mistake or not.

Remaining in a relationship is not a do or die affair, if its not working please use the door. It doesn't matter how old you are or how long you guys have been together, your happiness should be your number one priority. Men respect women when they know the woman is capable of surviving without them,value and have some respect for yourself. One man is not worth your headache, there is a man out there who is ready to love you unconditionally and treat you like a queen. When he comes he would make you so happy it never worked with anyone in the past. The right person would only come if you let the wrong person go. Be with who and only who treats you the way you deserve to be treated.
